# Biweekly Practitioner Mentorship

Rites Mentorship For Experienced Practitioners

Refine your practice through grounded guidance in ritual, griefwork, spellcraft, and sociospiritual transformation.

A steady mentorship rhythm for facilitators who want to deepen their work or include diasporic Irish Rites of Passage to their practice.
Reclaiming RITES to reclaim our RIGHTS.
Each biweekly session will focus on teachings and practice support for human and seasonal rites of passage including: Birth/Rebirth; Leaving Childhood into Adolescence, Early Adulthood, Claiming Adulthood, Birthing/becoming a parent, matrimony, separation/dissolution of relationship, cord-cutting, dying, death, and memorializing/commemorating. We work within the natural, somatic, relational, ethical, cultural, ancestral and interdimensional contexts of human cycles and transitions. The foundation draws from Irish origins and lore, and is designed for the diversity of human origins.
Mentorship may include reflection on cycles, seasons, loss, grief, sociospiritual alchemy, and reclaiming identity. Develop practices that feel rooted in ancestry, relevant to the here and now, and branching far out into the future. Sessions support integration between meetings, so insight can become embodied in the way you serve and lead.

I support people who are ready to explore rites of passage, somatic griefwork, and sociospiritual alchemy with depth and integrity. My approach is evidence-based, culturally grounded, and shaped by research, lived experience, oral tradition, and a deep relationship to the Earth.
