Reclaiming Yourself
My coaching container is focused, potent, and safely held for you to explore your life's journey and the strategies you have put into practice to survive stressful times. We look both backwards at the patterns, protective responses, and beliefs that may be shaping your daily life, as well as present to your needs today and forwards towards your future journeys.
The nine-journey framework provides gentle structure without turning your experience into a checklist. You will develop greater awareness of your nervous system, clearer boundaries, practical grounding tools, and a more compassionate relationship with yourself. I accompany you on the bridge from your old pathways to your chosen adventures, helping you to reclaim the vitality that has been lost.

## About

I am Dawn Dancing Otter, an educator, ceremonialist, writer, dancer, doctoral scholar, mentor of Irish rites, griefwork, and pathways of belonging as a diasporic Irish descendant. I support people who are ready to explore rites of passage, somatic griefwork, and sociospiritual alchemy with depth and integrity. My approach is evidence-based, culturally grounded, and shaped by research, lived experience, oral tradition, and a deep relationship to the Earth.
